HOW TO WORK WITH US

Getting started with Shopzilla’s surveys and feedback tools is easy, as shown by the thousands of retailers (both big and small) who use the Consumer Insights surveys every day. We make it simple because retailers often have limited resources, limited time, and can have a complicated website – so setup is just a few easy steps:

 

  1. Open an account with us (or use your existing account)
  2. Note your unique MID (merchant identification number)
  3. Upload two logos for the best survey response rate
  4. Get the Buyer Survey code from the 'Ratings Program' link after logging in to the Business Services page
  5. Replace “[MID]” with your unique MID in our codes
  6. Copy/paste the code onto the order confirmation page on your website
  7. Tell us about it – so that we can make sure that you get all available free reports

 

That’s it!

There are optional settings for your consideration, but using just the above will start the flow of actionable feedback from your customers and provide added exposure of your site on some of the biggest comparison shopping engines on the internet.
